Currently, we are offering free standard shipping on all orders over $50.

Where do you ship? 


We currently only ship within the United States.

How long does it take to process orders?

We process orders within 1-3 business days. Shipping times are determined by the method selected on your order.

Can I change/cancel my order?



If you need to change or cancel your order, please email us at help@soultreecity.com for assistance. Once an order has shipped, we are unable to cancel or change the order and a return will need to be processed. Shipping fees are non-refundable, but returns are free. Please email help@soultreecity.com for a return approval/label.
